Shipping policy

All non-furniture items are shipped free of charge!

For all furniture items, you may request a shipping estimate from us before purchase by emailing sales@countrycreekfurnitureoutlet.com.  If you would like to purchase without a shipping estimate first, upon payment of the item(s), we will contact the buyer within 2-3 business days to give an exact cost of shipping.  The buyer will then need to agree to the shipping cost.  Once the shipping price is agreed upon, production on the item(s) will begin and a separate shipping invoice will be sent to the buyer and is expected to be paid in full before the item is shipped.

Note:  The cost of shipping furniture will vary greatly based on size, weight, and distance from the shipping location.  These costs cannot be estimated accurate on our website and we want to make sure that the buyer is not over paying for shipping.
